We’ve had Logicor heating in for several weeks now, and I certainly can’t fault anything. From the survey, to the workers, to the actual work getting carried out – everything was carried out to the highest standards. Even if we’ve had any technical issues since, the workers have be fantastic. It helps that you get the same worker each time and you get to build up a friendly connection with them.  Nothing is ever a bother to them, and they go out their way to help.

The actual heating system has been very effective. This was always a very cold house before the new heating was installed, but so far we haven’t had any complaints. We had the old electric system in before and it was costing us £50-£60 a week to run, plus using fires and heaters. We haven’t used a fire or heater since, saving us over £20-£30 a week.

All in all, we’ve had a very good experience from Logicor Scotland. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have to tell you that I am really impressed with the heating system. I have many health problems, one of which is osteo-arthritis and I am aware that my aches and pains aren’t nearly as painful as they were, which is wonderful. So, not only is my health improving, but, the heaters look good. I don’t know if I am imagining it or not but the air quality seems more pleasant since I have had the system installed. Thank you once again.

I have been using the Logicor heating system throughout this winter so were able to get a sense of how it handles colder conditions.

The first thing I should state is that the house is heated well using the new system. Our house has virtually no insulation and has had problems with mould. It is noticeable that the mould issue has decreased.

One of the upsides to the system is that it is really easy to install compared to oil or gas central heating.

It took a few weeks to get to grips with system and the control screen but once we found the correct temperature for each room, its easy.

All in all I would recommend the Logicor Heating System, especially if your property has limited space or no outside area/space for an oil tank

The team who came to put in the heating got on with the job at hand and were very obliging. We were also impressed because of the cleanliness of the new heaters. You don’t get any dust hidden in hard to reach places like down the back or near the skirting boards so it makes it so much easier to clean. I would recommend the system to my friends and family.

One of the best things was using the “event” system to give a small boost of heat first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This was particularly appreciated by us in the bedroom and bathrooms, since we like to sleep in a cool room, but it was very pleasant to have a short boost of warmth while getting undressed at night and getting dressed again in the morning. The result now is nothing short of miraculous!

We are very comfortable at all times without thinking about it. Every room remains within a degree of the target temperature. My studio is now the cosiest and most comfortable room in the house and my husband is beginning to complain he never sees me since I spend all my time there. We are now fully able to appreciate the benefits of the system. While it is flexible and can be adapted to our needs if necessary, now that it has been properly set up, we don’t need to do anything – the smart system does all the thinking for us.

We are starting to appreciate also some of the health benefits of the infrared system of heating. My husband’s blood pressure, formerly on the high side, has dropped to normal. His breathing is clearer (great for me since he has stopped snoring!!). I am finding that my arthritic knee is less troublesome and I seem to be sleeping better. All these things are subjective of course, but we haven’t changed anything else about our lifestyle. Cost wise, it is now costing us between £4 and £5 a day, very reasonable considering that we live in a real frost pocket and it has been a pretty harsh January. With the cost likely to drop considerably as the weather warms up, I expect our annual bills to be less than before.

The customer service team was really useful, they answered all my queries as quickly as they could and always gave me lots of information which I found great. I was really impressed by the install team too. They put the heating in within just a few hours and left my house nice and clean. I’m so happy with my new heating system I’ve even got one of my friends interested in buying one for their house too.

The fitting of the heating system took place without any issues. Your work men were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable and they gave me instructions on usage once the system was fitted. The men were very respectful regarding my furnishings and cleaned and tidied any mess made by them.

As you know I had night storage heating which I found very expensive to run and unable to control, I could only afford to run my kitchen, sitting room and hall heaters. This was costing me £122 per month, 12 months a year.

When the Logicor Clear Heating system was fitted I was advised to have all heaters switched on, including kitchen, sitting room, hall, bathroom and bedrooms and wow, what a difference. I have all heaters set at 18 degrees and the sitting room at 20.5. I do increase the temperature when the weather is cold but only by 0.5 degrees and find the system very easy to control.

My findings are the my arthritis is much better, I am in much less pain, my bungalow is warm 24/7 and the best thing is that I have been able to reduce my monthly payment to £90 saving me £32 per month.

In our last property we used oil, coal and electric costing roughly £250 per month. Since moving into this property in January this year we have seen a massive difference in money wise. In the last week or so we are only using between £2.50 to £3 per day for heating. We find the heating very good indeed if used properly. Easy to clean with damp cloth and there is a clothes drying function which comes in useful. Easy to see how much you are spending daily, it means you can adjust your payments accordingly. We would recommend this heating for comfort and economy.

We have found a great difference between our old storage system and our new panel heaters, we had the old system for over twenty years. In winter the old heater did not give us the complete warmth that we have now.

Under the old storage heater, we would have to re-decorate more often, their would be a dirty dust that would gather over the heater and mark the wall above. With our panel heating we have clean walls, and a cleaner air, the rooms are warm and cosy, and the appearance is not so intrusive, and gives a modern look to any room.

As to cost August 2015 to August 2016 our electricity bill was £2,016.00, for the whole year, this was with the old tariff, at the moment, from August 2016 to February 2017 we have paid a total of £863.00 for our whole electricity bill, that is over eights months, and during the coldest time of year. It was not until March last year that we installed the water heating system which we think has also made a difference. Of course this includes all our usage of electricity, so over the next few months will give us a more accurate assessment.

They look lovely, really nice and elegant. I really like the comfortable heat they give off as well. The guys who came to fit the system were very obliging and pleasant people. Any issues we had, or things we wanted to change, they were more than happy to change. It sounds silly to say but we liked the fact that they were professional in small ways like there was no swearing, they just got on with it. The gentleman who came to survey my house was great as well. He explained everything in lots of detail so we could understand how it all works.
